Operations Director - Yeovil - Salary 拢70-75k DOE聽
My Client, a successful and growing FMCG family owned business is looking to recruit a 'hands on' manufacturing Operations Director who can help the business grow to the next level.聽 They are keen to employ a candidate who has ERP / MRP and LEAN manufacturing experience who is equally comfortable reporting into the Board and dealing with day to day factory operations 聽 Overview of the role:聽 My Client is currently experiencing rapid growth and investment.聽 They are now looking to recruit an Operations Director level candidate who can look at and improve their manufacturing processes.聽 The successful person will be working for a company that is a market leader in its field and is happy to keep investing in their success.聽 The company prides itself on being innovative and going the extra mile.聽 The successful candidate will be equally happy reporting to the board, bringing your expertise to the business as well as being involved in overseeing the manufacturing processes.聽 The site currently employs circa 50 staff and this newly created role will play an integral part in the future growth
Skills and Qualifications路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Senior level operational experience of manufacturing operations, preferably in the food, drink or pharmaceutical sector 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Continuous Improvement (CI) / LEAN manufacturing 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity- Proven knowledge of MRP / ERP systems 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands 聽 This role is located close to Yeovil and is commutable from Wincanton, Taunton, Yeovil, Shepton Mallet, Shaftesbury, Salisbury, Blandford Forum.聽 This role may suit a candidate that has previously worked as a Factory manager, Operations Director, GM, General manager, Site Manager, Manufacturing manager, Operations Manager
