We are seeking a Site Manager for a permanent position on an upcoming project near Castle Cary.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Main Contracting and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
We welcome applications from current Assistant Managers looking to step up or existing managers seeking better support and progression.
Candidates should possess SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications to qualify for the role.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a thriving business on a permanent basis, initially to work on an upcoming project near Castle Cary. You will ideally come from a Main Contracting background, maybe a current Assistant wanting the opportunity to step up. Or a current manager who isn't getting the support and progression they feel they should have.

We want someone who is positive, enthusiastic, who can think for themselves and wants to push their career on. You will be given ample opportunities for progression and professional development as you progress your career with my client.

For this role we would expect you to have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
