- Fault fixing, maintenance and repair to customer properties
- Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
- Undertaking customer service issues
- Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload
- Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry/Plastering and General Maintenance.
- An understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed
- To behave in a courteous and professional manner
- To be able to prioritise conflicting demands
- Great communication skills
- The ability to maintain accurate records of information
- Basic IT skills
- A clean Driving Licence
