Overview
Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced Plasterer for our client based in Yeovil. The successful candidate must have experience working in a Social Housing setting. A company van and fuel card will be provided with this role.

Responsibilities

• Complete Plastering and Artexing repairs
• Liaise with tenants and colleagues to ensure all relevant individuals are aware of progress and action taken.
• Provide high quality service
• Deliver Plastering, artexing tiling and other decorative repair work including internal and external rendering and plaster coving
• Use and apply a Schedule of Rates for job costing repairs
• Cover out of hours and emergency call outs in accordance with rota
• Accurately record progress and completion of jobs

Skillsand Experience

• Experience of fitting a variety or plastering, artexing, tiling, render and decorating works
• NVQ level 2 or 3 or time served experience in plastering artexing, tiling, rendering, and decorations
• Experience accurately recording work undertaken, hours, materials and costs.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Asbestos awareness training
• COSHH training
