You will be working for an established food manufacturing company that are looking to expand their workforce by recruiting for a Shift Manager to look after the production team split between two shifts.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing a team of up to 60 staff across two shifts
- Driving a health and safety culture across the teams
- Mentoring, supervising and coaching members of the team
- Implementing a CI culture
**Requirements**
- Production experience is essential
- H&S experience is essential
- Supervisory and management background is essential
**Hours**
- Monday - Friday (Days)
