  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales: Proactively identify and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and screen high-quality candidates using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Negotiation: Manage the full recruitment process, including negotiating contracts, securing placements, and ensuring a seamless on boarding experience.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, providing insights and advice to clients and candidates alike.
