THE ROLE: We are recruiting for a process driven and methodical Accounts Administrator to join a friendly and welcoming team. You will play an important part within the accounts department supporting with various administration duties throughout an increase in business levels. This is a temporary role for 4 - 6 weeks minimum therefore you must be able to commit to the full duration for the role and be available immediately.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data entry for payroll
  • Checking timesheets (overtime, holiday payments)
  • Answering calls for department
  • Assisting with queries
  • Processing invoices
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Requesting payments
  • Other administration duties to ensure smooth running of the department

KEY SKILLS:

  • Prior administration and accounts experience
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills
