The school are currently seeking a enthusiastic and effective qualified teacher, who is seeking a permanent role. It is essential that you have experience of supporting children at both primary and secondary level with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs. You must be mouldable, dedicated and patient to be able to provide the best quality of teaching to the students. The school are looking for 'an all rounder' who is able to cover core subjects, if you do have a subject specialism... let us know, we can look to dedicate your timetable to this!

Key duties:

• Take responsibility for a class of children determined on an annual basis by the Head teacher and in accordance with the duties listed below.

• To carry out the professional duties covered by the latest School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. The post holder will be expected to undertake duties in line with the Professional Standards for Qualified Teachers and uphold the professional code of the General Teaching Council for England

• Uphold the Staff Code of Conduct and guidance in other school Policies

• Teach a class of learners, and ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet their varying learning and social needs

• Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school, both inside and outside the classroom

• Promote the school’s ethos and values

• Contribute to constructive team-building amongst teaching and non-teaching staff, parents and govern
