- Work with clients that may have issues such as mixed mental health, substance misuse, abusive/ offending behaviour that may be exacerbating or causing a situation.
- Act as an advocate for people who are at risk of eviction/court action/notice to quit.
- Support people to ensure they maximise their income through accurate benefit support advocating for people in relation to any claims that are queried or stalled.
- Support clients to maintain their independence, for example digital support and equipment, Technology Enabled Care, Community Equipment.
- A driver with access to a car – essential
- A qualification in Social Services, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of housing benefits
