Housing Administrator6 weeks contractYeovil (office based)37 hours per week£12.60 per hour plus holiday payWe are recruiting for an experienced administrator to assist one of our clients whilst the carry out a project to support them as they process annual rent changes for their customers on Universal Credit. This needs to be done in an accurate and timely manner, so customers continue to receive support with their rent.As a team they work closely alongside the Welfare Benefit Officers and Tenancy Sustainment Officers, supporting colleagues and customers across the whole geography of their business. They support with grant payments to customers and are a vital point of contact for the DWP, so a basic knowledge of Universal Credit and Housing Benefit would be good, but not essential.You will work closely with numerous internal teams, you should have great IT and people skills to support colleagues and customers with the administration of our services.
