Venn Group are looking for a Support Coordinator to work for a housing association in the Southwest
The successful candidate will be responsible for:聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performing outreach community work to rough sleepers
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Managing a caseload of customers
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Developing and implementing support plans
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Liaising with external agencies such as probation services
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supporting service users manage physical and mental health
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Providing Tenancy support
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Offering assistance in money management
The successful candidate will have:聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enhanced DBS
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Driving Licence
