Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting buyers with their day-to-day activities.
- Arranging meetings
- Sending drawings to suppliers
- Completing security forms for visitors
- Completing catering forms for visiting supplier meetings.
- Taking notes/minutes of meetings.
- Running reports/KPI and distributing to the team and wider teams.
- Expediting response to team requirements.
- Reviewing/monitoring supplier qualification.
- Drafting Letters for the Buyers.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting and own initiative
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experienced in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good general interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- General administrative and organisation skills
- Experience using SAP would be beneficial
