Description
The Head of Procurement will be responsible for;
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Oversee the procurement department, setting clear goals and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks
- Collaborate with other department heads to align procurement strategy with business goals
- Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector and adjust procurement strategy accordingly
Profile

- A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial procurement role in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team
