The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Building Surveyor to carryout Stock Condition Surveys in and around the Bristol areas.

Day to Day:

To visit housing association properties and carryout a surveys to establish defects and required work to be completed
Write a report on findings
Experience of working with Schedule of Rates
Action works to be completed
Knowledge of identifying
Managed direct labour and subbies to complete works required
Record all property updates on an in house, housing system

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Suitable construction, building related qualification and qualified Surveyor
Previous experience of domestic condition surveying
Experience of HHSRS and completing assessments
Asbestos knowledge beneficial
Must be computer literate
Must have full UK Driving Licence and acess to vehicle during working hours
