Are you an experienced technician looking for your next step? Our client is seeking a Senior/Master Technician to join their growing team. With an OTE of up to 45k, plus an annual loyalty bonus, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models, in a supportive, career-driven environment.

Your Role:

  • Lead and mentor junior technicians, setting the standard for excellence and growth.
  • Diagnose and repair complex faults across a variety of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models.
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and the service team to deliver exceptional service.

What You Bring:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Senior/Master Technician.
  • Strong expertise in diagnostics, vehicle systems, and hybrid/electric models.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
