Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to ensure an amazing customer experience.
  • Driving financial performance and commercial success while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Overseeing daily park operations, ensuring smooth delivery of activities, parties, and events.
  • Managing team recruitment, training, and succession planning to build future leaders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food regulations, meeting audit requirements.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking action to optimize performance.
  • Enhancing customer engagement through creative and interactive experiences.
  • Building strong relationships with teams across the business to share best practices.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

What they are looking for:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience managing large teams, with a strong ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Solid understanding of financial data, KPIs, and workforce management.
  • Knowledge of health & safety compliance and food & beverage regulations.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, or event management is a plus!
  • IOSH or First Aid qualifications (desirable).
