As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger entities. You will take ownership of planning and conducting audits, preparing accounts, and delivering tailored financial advice. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalise audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and provide financial reporting advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering insightful and tailored advice.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
