Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of year-end financial accounts for a range of clients.
- Preparing management accounts and VAT returns.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
- Liaising with clients to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to client services.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
