Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Financial Controller in North Yorkshire. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The client can offer working across York and Northallerton, and can also offer hybrid working,
The job:
- Lead provisions of financial management advice and support internal clients and stakeholders.
- Support with financial planning and budgeting, financial management and reporting, final accounts, and benchmarking.
- Assist with project support, including investments appraisals and financial modelling and savings tracking.
- Provide support including financial advice analysis and modelling in support of investment appraisal and business case development.
- Monitor and develop key financial controls.
- Provide strategic financial support to senior managers.
The candidate:
- Relevant qualification, such as CCAB, CIPFA or similar
- Experience of leading budgeting cycles.
- Strong technical accounting skills including experience of consolidation or business combination.
- Experience of working successfully with partners, both internal and external to achieve common goals.
