Salary: circa £70k-85k + Growth Shares + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare
It's rare to see a Group Financial Controller role with Growth Shares in the package. The Group FD sees this Group FC role as a critical component to getting the finance function to where it needs to be. As a result, you'll be in line for a rather large payday as a financial reward for your efforts in the next 2-3 years.

- Group Consolidation and help shape a new finance function
- Creation and development of a new Group Finance Team (consisting of a management accountant, financial accountant and transactions team)
- ERP Implementation
- Team management and development
- Setting up and improving financial controls, systems/processes
- Exposure to Debt Markets
- Supporting integrating at least three significant acquisitions in Year 1 and similar in Year 2
- Sale of the business.

- ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified with several years PQE

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial accounting software and experience with ERP systems
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of finance professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
