- Producing monthly management reports with variance analysis
- Leading budget planning, mid-year reviews, and financial analysis
- Preparing financial returns for service/contract commissioners
- Advising senior management on financial strategy
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and legislation
- Managing facilities and estates, including liaising with landlords
- Overseeing the implementation of a Carbon Reduction Strategy
- Supporting outsourced IT infrastructure management
- Degree in accounting, finance, or similar
- Qualified Accountant with CCAB (e.g., CCAEW, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA) or similar overseas qualification
- Substantive experience as a management accountant or finance manager
- Proficiency in business management and accounting software
- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector (charity)
