Management Accountant (6 month FTC)
York, North Yorkshire
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum pro rata
Hybrid working option 3 days working from home
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
The Role
Hawk 3 Talent Solution are looking for an Interim Management Accountant to join a growing business based in York, North Yorkshire.
Woking in the Finance Department, you will need to hit the ground running so your experience is critical. You will be responsible for managing the Management Accounts Team and ensure the team delivers accurate and timely management accounts reporting to senior stakeholders. You will also assist the Group Financial Accountant with preparation of the year-end audit file and tax pack in line with the timetable agreed with the Auditors, Tax Advisers and Group FC.
The Person
- Must be Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience of working as a management accountant in a multi-company/multi-ledger group
- Strong people management experience including coaching, development and performance management
- Intermediate level Excel experience essential (e.g. SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, SUBTOTAL, Pivot tables)
- This Fixed term role is available to start in October and is available for a minimum of 6 months initially.
