As a general Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in their finance department, assisting with financial statements, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. For the right individual you will also get exposure to management accounts which would benefit someone who is studying an accountancy & finance qualification.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
