Client Support AdministratorOverview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Client Support Administrator to join a great team In York. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring the smooth running of their service.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Client Support related client queries
  • Ensure the fulfillment of service level agreements on a daily basis
  • Administer client projects and maintain contact with clients to update on project progress
  • Arrange and administer coaching sessions
  • Provide sales support by responding to client queries in the absence of the sales team
  • Manage the Client Support inbox and respond to queries by phone
  • Carry out end-to-end administration
Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within organizations
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
  • Clear and professional writing style
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and passion for development and learning
  • Organized and effective at planning and coordinating resources
  • Supreme team working skills, often using IT-based processes
