Our Client holds an excellent reputation within the industry and provides Wealth Management advice to both Private Clients and Business Owners. Due to internal promotion, a great opportunity is now available for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

Working from their office on the outskirts of York, this role will suit someone who has been working within an IFA / Wealth Management Practice, and who has strong product knowledge, mainly within HNW Pensions & Investments.
Duties will consist of:
- Provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's
- Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
- To be a point of contact for IFA's, clients and members of the business
- Prepare new business and review packs
- Obtain research
- Obtain illustrations
- Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required
- Deal with fund switch requests and also be responsible for processing fund switches online
What we need from you?
- Previous experience working in financial planning
- Good level of knowledge across a full range of pensions, investments, protection, trusts and other products
- Experience using a variety of provider platforms
- iO experience would be of benefit, but not essential
- good communication skills
- Those offering some industry qualifications are of high advantage, however this is not essential
