About:
Hunter Mason Consultancy is a growing independent business that specialises in Senior Management and Technical Personnel within the construction industry. Over the past year we have grown by 70% and we are now looking to take on sales professionals and candidates with a strong work ethic, passion and most importantly, drive.
Day to day duties:
路Speaking to clients about their recruitment needs. Understanding the opportunities they offer and using this knowledge to find candidates that meet the requirements.
路Being able to sell our services to companies in order to agree terms of business and fee percentages (B2B sales).
路Understanding candidates wants and needs and being able to match them with suitable roles.
路Marketing opportunities to candidates through various different advertising platforms.
路Booking in interviews and gathering essential information and feedback both pre and post interview.
路Working towards targets and daily KPI鈥檚.
Skills and knowledge can be taught, but attitude and work ethic cannot. If you have the following attributes then we would love to hear from you:
