Paid Advertising SpecialistOverview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team who are growing rapidly over the next 12 to 18 months. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on both Google and Meta platforms, with a focus on both the UK and US markets. The budgets for paid ads are not to be sniffed at and there will be lots of opportunity to bring your own expertise to the role.

As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.

  • Work on developing the most effective strategies to maximise your return
  • Analyse the strategy and make adjustments where necessary
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends
  • Lots of collaboration to ensure the strategy aligns with overall business objectives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing substantial budgets across Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Expertise in Google Merchant Centre, with a strong ability to optimize shopping feeds.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective paid advertising strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
  • Experience with other digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and software.
