We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team who are growing rapidly over the next 12 to 18 months. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on both Google and Meta platforms, with a focus on both the UK and US markets. The budgets for paid ads are not to be sniffed at and there will be lots of opportunity to bring your own expertise to the role.

As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.
Responsibilities-
Google Ads:
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize return on ad spend.
- Oversee and optimise shopping feeds in Google Merchant Centre to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Ensure the account is set up correctly and using best practice.

Meta Advertising:
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Develop and implement targeted ad strategies to reach specific audience segments.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

General:
- Create comprehensive and insightful reports demonstrating account health and return on investment (ROI) for presentation to the Marketing Manager and Directors.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.
- Proven experience in managing substantial budgets across Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
- Expertise in Google Merchant Centre, with a strong ability to optimize shopping feeds.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective paid advertising strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
- Experience with other digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and software.
