In this role you will work from their office in York and responsibilities will include attending meetings whilst representing the company and design team, developing detailed designs in accordance with project requirements, checking the design calculations and drawings completed by other engineers, managing and building relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, to name a few.

To be considered for this role you must have relevant experience in a design environment and have experience with a variety of structures. Examples should include bridges, tunnels, stations, buildings, and geotechnical structures.

The Role:

• Development of conceptual and detailed design in accordance with project requirements
• Checking design and drawings completed by other engineers
• Managing and building relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
• Providing technical support

• Relevant design experience
• Experience with multiple structures - bridges, tunnels, stations
• Great communicator and team player
