Sonic Summary

The company is seeking both Intermediate and Senior Project Technologists to deliver high-quality project technical delivery with guidance from senior team members.
Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be able to identify and advise on potential project issues before they escalate.
The role requires projecting a professional image of the practice and exercising reasonable skill and care at all times.
Applicants should hold a minimum of ACIAT, ideally working towards MCIAT, and be competent in Autodesk Revit, BIM Level 1, and AutoCAD LT.
The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 depending on experience, with candidates expected to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Project undertaking

- Competent to undertake project technical delivery with Senior guidance. Projects to be delivered to the high standard expected by the Company, assisting Senior team members or independently where necessary.
- To have good communication and organisation skills.
- To advise the Directors of issues/problems before they develop in connection with Projects; technical issues. To make suggestions on remedial actions required.
- To Project the image of the Practice in a professional manner, and at all times to act as a Technician / Technologist..
- To exercise reasonable skill and care at all times.
- ACIAT, minimum working to MCIAT ideally.
- AutodeskRevit, BIM Level 1 minimum working to BIM Accreditation.
- AutodeskAutoCAD LT, competent.
- Microsoft office, competent.
