This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide dynamic and innovative design services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who can help deliver on a range of commercial and residential projects.

To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need to have completed your RIBA part 2 qualification with good experience post qualification with a UK architectural practice. You will also need good experience within the commercial sector and proficiency with Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:

Completed you RIBA Part 2 qualification
A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience is essential
Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
In the process of completing the RIBA Part 3 qualification
Experience working on projects within the commercial or residential sector
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of UK building and planning regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK drivers license
Live locally within the York Area
