Salary: 25,000- 29,000 dependent on experience

This RIBA chartered practice have extensive expertise across large scale developments being specialists in residential care sector. Their talented team are dedicated to delivering innovative, creative and carefully crafted designs that positively impact their end users and improve quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a friendly and thriving architectural practice in the picturesque surroundings of York.
You will have the chance to work across the RIBA stages on a number of exciting and complex projects, whilst gaining excellent support for progression towards your Part Three qualification amoug other benefits.
The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have post part two qualification experience, be a confident user of AutoCAD and Revit and passionate about showcasing their creative designs.
Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:
- RIBA Part one and Two qualifications
- Ideally 2 years of post-qualification experience working in a UK Architectural Practice
- Well versed in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of planning and building regulations
- Ideally experience working on residential or care home project of varying sizes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Boast creativity and design flare
- Keen to input to company growth
- Motivated to continue own professional development
- Work well within a team and independently
- Live locally to Yorkshire
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
