Job Title: Part Two Architectural Assistant

Salary: £25,000- 30,000 dependent on experience
I am delighted to be seeking a driven Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a well-established architectural practice who work across the UK on a great mix of sized projects within the residential and care sectors. Their award winning designs and commitment to creating a positive impact for the end users have earnt them an excellent reputation. Their expertise is underpinned by a talented team of Architects, technologists and Architectural Assistants, who have cultivated a supportive and social working environment. This dynamic practice are keen to continue their growth and success with the addition of a Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their friendly team in York.
You will have the chance to work across the RIBA stages on a number of exciting and complex projects, whilst gaining excellent support for progression towards your Part Three qualification amoug other benefits.
The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have post part two qualification experience, be a confident user of AutoCAD and Revit and passionate about showcasing their creative designs.
Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:
- RIBA Part one and Two qualifications
- Ideally 2 years of post-qualification experience working in a UK Architectural Practice
- Well versed in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of planning and building regulations
- Ideally experience working on residential or care home project of varying sizes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Boast creativity and design flare
- Keen to input to company growth
- Live locally to Yorkshire
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
