My client is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Architect to join their thriving practice in North Yorkshire. The friendly and knowledgeable team delivers creative and innovative designs for Residential, Leisure and Masterplanning projects and focuses on providing exceptional solutions that always exceed client's expectations.

The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will have a proven track record of managing a team. You will be confident building strong relationships with clients and will enjoy leading projects and identifying new business opportunities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registered Architect
  • Substantial experience post Part 3 qualification
  • Proven track record managing and leading a team
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Collaborative and supportive leadership style
  • Ensuring high-quality designs are provided and project deadlines are met
  • Proficient using architectural software
