In this role, the Senior Architectural Technologist will lead and manage project teams from concept through to completion. They will develop detailed technical drawings using Revit, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and standards. Collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors will be key, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Architectural Technology degree or equivalent.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring design integrity and quality.
- Develop detailed design solutions and technical drawings using Revit.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.
- Substantial years' experience working within the UK architectural industry.
- Proven experience in delivering projects across multiple sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
