As a Senior Financial Services Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the Financial Advisers, ensuring their schedules and client interactions are seamless while maintaining industry compliance. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your daily tasks independently with precision and accountability.
  • Oversee and organise Advisers' schedules, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Interact directly with clients, attend meetings with Advisers, and handle complex cases confidently.
  • Process new business submissions, track progress, and address client needs.
  • Prepare documentation, emails, meeting notes, and draft suitability reports, ensuring compliance.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders, Admin staff, and Apprentices, delegating tasks and providing coaching.
  • Operate within business compliance framework and keep up with regulatory, legislative, and technical requirements.
  • Engage in professional training and positively contribute to team objectives and company culture.
