About the Role: Our client, a leading commercial insurance brokerage, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work a 4-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients
- Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure the best coverage options for clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, minimum 3 years within the commercial insurance industry
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a work-from-home setting
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
