Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure the best coverage options for clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, minimum 3 years within the commercial insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a work-from-home setting
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
