Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our client as a Purchase Ledger Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase ledge transactions to monthly timelines and deadlines
  • Managing your own supplier accounts and being the main point of contact for queries-Dealing with invoicing queries in a timely manner-Ensure supplier statement reconciliations are carried out accurately
  • Provide support to other departments
  • General admin duties as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of working in a high volume PL environment
  • Confident and competent user of excel to intermediate level
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

If you have worked with Sage this would be an advantage and if you are fluent in more than one language this would be fantastic although not essential.
