Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Create and send invoices to clients or customers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage payroll and maintain employee records.
- Prepare and submit tax forms and returns.
