Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Create and send invoices to clients or customers.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare and submit tax forms and returns.
  • Assist with budget preparation and cash flow forecasting
  • Coordinate with the accountant for annual audit preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with all key financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
