Marketing & Business Development Strategist - Remote UKUp to 80k + bonus, good bens

A very exciting and unusual role. Our client is a fast-growing cyber security and compliance provider, and we're on the hunt for a Marketing & Business Development Strategist to amplify their brand and help them stay ahead in the market. Collaborating with marketing and business development teams, you will take the lead on crafting compelling multi-touch campaigns and targeted strategies to increase the company's visibility to prospective clients across a range of industries, resulting in warm leads that can be predictably converted into meaningful engagement

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create Buzz & Visibility: Design and execute multi-touch marketing strategies to ensure key decision-makers are aware of who the company are before the business development team even reaches out.
  • Drive Engagement Across Channels: Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, social media, PR, and events to establish a powerful presence in the cyber security and services space.
  • Develop Thought Leadership: Work with the marketing team to produce compelling industry materials (i.e., case studies, whitepapers, webinars, events, video content, etc.) that position them as the go-to experts in cyber security.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business development teams to ensure a seamless journey from brand awareness to client acquisition.
  • Own The Market Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and craft strategic campaigns that set our client apart.
  • Maximize Event Impact: Identify and manage industry events and networking opportunities to elevate the company's brand and drive lead generation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development lead generation, or related fields, within B2B or tech.
  • A strategic marketer with experience in integrated, multi-touch campaigns that drive awareness and sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and demand generation.
  • A compelling storyteller and communicator with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with key audiences.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring impact and optimizing performance. HubSpot experience would be ideal.
  • A creative, proactive, results-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
