- Knowledge of all areas of business operations including Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing operations, Administration, Health and Safety and Finance.
- A degree or equivalent in an Engineering or Manufacturing, or business management discipline.
- A logical and methodical approach with good analytical and practical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a adaptable approach to management
- Experience of projects, contracts led operations as well as manufacturing and project management capabilities
- Experience delivering improvements to business operations
- Good Financial awareness able to understand company accounts
