Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and empower a brilliant and highly motivated team
- Sustain a clean, safe, and secure environment while providing excellent customer service and standards.
- Boost financial performance and offer evaluations and strategies for action
- Set a high level of customer engagement and service
- Oversee the hiring, supervision, development, and training of all employees at all levels. teach and mentor other managers with an emphasis on team growth and succession planning
- Oversee purchasing and cost control in relation to EBITDA and profit margins.
- Verify compliance with safety, health, and HR laws
- Encourage adherence to brand guidelines and brand scorecard accomplishments
- Develop commercial ties with the neighbourhood to promote commercial success
- Oversee advertising of events
Requirements:
- Outgoing positive personality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Literate in financial documents
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Solution led
- 5 years experience in a strategic leadership role
- Experience in ownership of P&L accounts, financial data, KPI management,
- Line management of a large team
- IOSH qualification desirable
- Background in service led industry desirable
