Hours: 8am - 4pm (Some flexibility)
Salary: £16.37 per hour

Responsibilities:As the School Business Manager, you will:
- Support the Headteacher in all financial management and administrative functions.
- Lead and develop financial procedures in collaboration with the Headteacher, Governors, and SLT Team.
- Oversee the maintenance and efficient use of school premises and buildings.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and risk management requirements.
- Manage administrative staff, assessing their training needs and performance.
- Prepare the school for Ofsted financial criteria and FMSiS.
- Liaise with Local Authority members on relevant matters.
- Contribute to the school improvement plan and participate in recruitment processes.
- Be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Governing Board. ??
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven experience in financial management within an educational setting.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of administrative and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with various stakeholders.
- A commitment to promoting high standards of business practises and resource management. ??
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a similar role within a school environment.
- Knowledge of Ofsted financial criteria and FMSiS.
- Relevant qualifications in business management or finance.
- Experience with eforms, iTrent HR & Payroll & Orovia
