Hays Business Support is currently working with a friendly business based in York. This organisation is currently recruiting multiple people to join their growing claims department. Full-time and part-time vacancies are available. Part-time is a minimum of 22.5 hours or 3 full days.
You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation with an excellent reputation within the market as being a great place to work.
You will speak to new and existing members through warm inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling) by explaining the benefits of our products and services.In line with company core values, you will promote services using your interpersonal skills and training, helping potential and existing members to understand the benefits of membership to secure new business and member loyalty. You will show genuine interest, respect, and care to establish trust and build rapport.You will take responsibility for identifying your own performance and coaching requirements to enhance personal performance and development.
Opportunity to earn Quarterly Bonus up to an additional 4,000 pro rata per annum on top of 23,400 basic wage.
This role is due to start on the 14th October. There is a requirement to attend 5 weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 14th October 2024 until Friday 15th November 2024. You must be available for the whole training period and have no annual leave during this time.
