KM Recruitment is seeking a Careers Advisor/IAG for a full-time, permanent position based in the UK.
The salary for this role ranges from £25,200 to £27,600, depending on skills and experience.
The successful candidate will work with a caseload of individuals to provide tailored careers guidance and deliver group training sessions on employability skills.
Applicants must hold a Level 4 IAG qualification and have experience in providing careers guidance, preferably to adults.
The role also involves managing a team of Peer Advisers and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Work closely with a caseload of individuals on a 1:1 basis, to provide tailored Careers, Information and Advice Guidance.
Deliver group-based employability training sessions on: CV writing, interview skills and job applications.
Work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure your clients gain access to suitable education, work experience and training opportunities.
Recruit, manage and mentor a team of Peer Advisers, to ensure they are providing high-quality support and guidance.
Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.

Essential Criteria:

Must hold a Level 4 IAG qualification, or above.
Must have experience in providing careers guidance.
IT literate.
Ideally hold experience in providing careers advice to adults.
Must demonstrate an engaging personality, with ability to motivate and encourage individuals who are returning to work and learning.
