Salary: 130 - 170 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 teacher eager to inspire young learners? We're looking for a passionate and adaptable supply teacher to bring engaging lessons and a love of learning to primary schools across York.
The Role
As a KS1 teacher, you will:
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of KS1 pupils.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage curiosity, confidence, and academic growth in every child.
- Gain valuable experience working across a variety of welcoming primary schools in York.
About You
We're seeking a KS1 teacher who is:
- Qualified - Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experienced - Has a strong understanding of KS1 teaching, including phonics and early years development.
- Energetic and Adaptable - Brings enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to helping children succeed.
- A Strong Communicator - Excels in classroom management and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Prepared - Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check.
