Your new companyYou will be working for a Local Maintenance Organisation working in a commercial building completing remedials and reactive maintenance work. Your new roleYou will be assisting with Firedoor remedials as well as other fabric maintenance requirements, potentially working on a cherry picker at times, so ideally someone who is ok with working at heights (not essential). What you'll need to succeedYou must have your own tools and transport to get to the site (parking is free); prior commercial maintenance experience is a must.
