Job Title: Modular Joiner Urgently Required

Start Date : Tuesday 22nd April

Location: York

Rate : £16.00 to £20.00 per hour

Pay as you earn or CIS rates

Position : Temporary to Permanent

The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Modular Joiner to join our Modular Building client in the York area.

The main duties will be:

Measuring and cutting timber
Using various joinery tools
Reading joinery construction drawings
Stud Wall Construction
Plaster Boarding
Keeping workplace hazard free and 2nd Fix joinery duties
Semi Skilled Joinery practices
Sheeting
Basic Floor Laying and Roofing
General labouring duties

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum 2 years Modular Joinery experience
Ideally NVQ level 1 or and 2 in Joinery and Carpentry
Strong Attention to Detail
The ability to work under pressure.
Can work as part of a team.
Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.
Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
